About Havn Hosting
Havn Hosting was founded by two couples, Lucas and Carissa in the Comox Valley and Kit and Jenny in the Okanagan, who are long-time Airbnb Superhosts with more than a decade of experience managing their own short-term rentals. Their own properties consistently rank in the top percentile on Airbnb. They started the company to give other owners the same hands-on management and data-driven pricing they use on their own listings, so property income does not depend on constant day-to-day attention.
Lucas and Carissa manage a suburban loft suite in the Comox Valley, while Kit and Jenny run an Okanagan cabin built to comfortably host larger groups, similar to the property pictured here. Every pricing and guest-experience approach offered to Havn Hosting clients is tested first on the founders’ own properties in Comox Valley and the Okanagan before it is rolled out to owners.

The Premier: fully hands-off management, adding turnover coordination, supply restocking, maintenance coordination, and 24/7 guest support.
