Havn Hosting is a short-term vacation rental management service built by property owners, for property owners. We handle everything from listing setup and smart pricing to guest communication, cleaning coordination, and full property care; so you don’t have to. Our founders Lucas, Carissa, Kit, and Jenny are long-time Airbnb Superhosts whose own properties consistently rank in the top 10% on Airbnb. The Premier: Fully hands-off management. Everything in the first two tiers plus turnover management, supply restocking, maintenance coordination, emergency response, and 24/7 guest support. You collect the revenue; we run the operation.
