About Kelly Adler & Associates
Kelly Adler is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (MC, RCC) with over 15 years of experience helping people of all ages manage emotions, treat trauma and build healthy coping skills. She is certified in Lifespan Integration and Emotion Focused Family Therapy, with specialized training in trauma, eating disorders, reproductive mental health and parenting support. Kelly leads a multidisciplinary team of registered clinical counsellors, registered social workers, a registered psychologist and a registered dietitian, all working from the belief that healing happens through relationships, families and community. The team includes registered clinical counsellor Rachel Weinstein, also certified in Lifespan Integration; registered social worker Pamela Carr, RCC; registered dietitian Celise Dent, who holds a Food, Nutrition and Health degree from UBC; and registered psychologist Dr. Megan Hughes-Jones, who completed her doctoral training at UBC.
Services Offered
The practice provides counselling for trauma and PTSD, reproductive and perinatal mental health, eating disorders across all age groups (including anorexia, bulimia, ARFID and binge eating disorder), parenting concerns, emotional regulation and major life transitions such as grief and stress. Lifespan Integration, a gentle neurobiological approach to trauma healing, works with the felt sense of time to help reduce the anxiety and flashbacks connected to early trauma and childhood attachment wounds, and Emotion Focused Family Therapy is used alongside it as a core modality across the team.
